AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 2-49 "CITY MANAGER -'GENERALLY"
OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That Section 2-49 "City Manager - Generally" of
the Code of Ordinances of the City of Paducah, Kentucky, be amended and
reordained so that same as amended and reordained shall hereafter read
as follows:
"Sec. 2-49.. City Manager - Generally.
The annual rate of compensation for the City Manager shall be
paid at the times other city salaries are paid, and shall be.exclusive
of the .compensation, if any, paid to him. as a member of the Electric
Plant Board of the City.

Position Effective 7-1-868 Effective 7-1-879

44,644.00
SECTION 2. This raise shall be effective July 1, 1988.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be read on two separate days
and will published by title and a certified summary thereof.
