ORDINANCE NO. 88-6-4084
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE
CHANGE ORDER NO. 1 IN THE AMOUNT OF $4,022.50 AND CHANGE ORDER NO. 2 IN
THE AMOUNT OF $7,964.00 WITH VANGUARD CONTRACTORS, INC. FOR RENOVATIONS
TO CITY HALL l'
WHEREAS, the City entered into a contract with Vanguard
Contractors, Inc. for, -renovations to City Hall; and
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 1 -is required in order to install
electrical receptacles in the City Hall exterior perimeter; and
WHEREAS, Change 'Order- N'o.. 2 -is -required for the installation
of a fume hood in the Police Department.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1.. The Mayor is hereby authorized and directed to
enter into Change Order No. 1 in the amount of $4,022.50 for electrical
receptacles on the exterior perimeter of City Hall and Change Order
No. 2 in the'amount of $7,964.00.00 for installation of a fume hood in
the Police Department, with Vanguard Contractors, Inc. These Change
Orders are attached hereto and made a part hereof as if set out in
full.
SECTION.2. The amount of the. contract with Vanguard Con-
tractors, Inc. is amended to $253,736.50.
SECTION 3. The KML Pooled Lease Fund shall be charged with
the aforesaid expenditure.
SECTION 4. This ordinance shall be read on two separate days
and will become effective upon publication of title and a certified
summary thereof.
