ORDINANCE NO. 88-6-4083
AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING THE BID OF MITCHELL MACHINE COMPANY IN
THE AMOUNT OF $3;900 FOR:CONSTRUCTION OF LITTER CONTROL FENCES FOR THE
LANDFILL, AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR -TO EXECUTE. A.CONTRACT FOR SAME
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY.OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the City of Paducah accept the bid of
Mitchell Machine Company in the amount of $3,900.00 for the
construction of litter control fences for the landfill, said bid being.
in substantial compliance with the bid specifications, as contained in
the bid of Mitchell Machine Company..
SECTION 2. That the Mayor be authorized to execute a
contract with Mitchell Machine Company for construction of litter
control fences for the landfill, authorized in Section 1 above,
according to the specifications, bid proprosal and all contract docu-
ments heretofore approved and incorporated in the bid.
SECTION 3 This expenditure shall be charged to Account No.
10-420-710.

SECTION 4. This ordinance shall be read on two separate days
and will become effective upon publication of title and a certified
summary thereof.
