ORDINANCE NO. 88-6-4081
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE CITY TREASURER TO PAY THE SUM.OF
$4,300.48 TO WILLIAMS, HOUSMAN, SPARKS, FRANKLIN & OGDEN FOR LEGAL
SERVICES RENDERED TO THE CITY OF PADUCAH
WHEREAS, the City of Paducah retained the law firm of
Williams, Housman, Sparks & Franklin to represent it in a suit filed by
Gladman Humbles; and.
WHEREAS, Williams, Housman, Sparks & Franklin have submitted
a bill for $4,300.48 for this representation.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the City Treasurer be authorized to pay to
Williams, Housman, Sparks, Franklin & Ogden the sum of $4,300.48 for
attorneys' fees in the case of Gladman Humbles v. City of Paducah.
SECTION 2. This expenditure shall be charged to Account No.
10-500-150-445.
SECTION 3. This.ordinance shall be read on two separate days
and will become effective upon publication of title and .a certified;
summary thereof.
