ORDINANCE NO. 88-6-4076
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE .CITY TREASURER TO PAY SOUTH
CENTRAL BELL TELEPHONE COMPANY THE SUM OF $3,863.34 FOR EMERGENCY
911 REPORTING EQUIPMENT TO SERVICE THE SYMSONIA AREA
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the City Treasurer be authorized to pay to
South Central Bell Telephone Company.the sum of $3,863.34 for Emergency
911 reporting equipment to service the Symsonia area.
SECTION 2. This expenditure shall be charged to Account No.
25-215-253,
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be read on two separate days
and will become effective upon publication in full.
