AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 88-4-4043, FOR
LEASE -PURCHASE OF TRACK TYPE LOADER FOR USE ON THE LANDFILL
WHEREAS, an improper account number was assigned to this
purchase; and
WHEREAS, the monthly payment was incorrect.
BE.IT,ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY
SECTION 1. That Acco.unt.No. 10-500-420-514 shall be charged
with this expenditure.
-SECTION 2. The monthly payment to Whayne Supply Company
shall be in the amount of $6,440.00.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be read on two separate days
and will become effective upon publication in full.
