ORDINANCE NO. 88-6-4070
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASE OF ONE IBM MODEL 30
V COMPUTER AND ONE QUIETWRITER III PRINTER FROM INTERNATIONAL BUSINESS
MACHINES IN THE AMOUNT OF $3,502.00, FOR USE IN THE ENGINEERING
DEPARTMENT
WHEREAS, this computer is available under State Contract No.
088-1240, and competitive bidding is not required.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the City of Paducah is authorized to
purchase one IBM Model 30 computer and one Quietwriter III printer from
International Business Machines in the amount of $3,502.00, for use in
the Engineering Department
SECTION 2. The purchase price for said equipment shall be
charged to Account No. 10-500-310-503.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be read on two separate days
and will be effective upon publication of title and a certified summary
