ORDINANCE NO. 88-6-4068
AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING THE BID OF EVANSVILLE CEMENT
FINISHERS, INC. IN THE AMOUNT OF $1,524,000.00 FOR RENOVATION AND
EXPANSION OF SEWAGE TREATMENT PLANT, AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO
EXECUTE A CONTRACT FOR SAME
BE..IT ORDAINED. BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH,.KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the City of,Paducah_accept the bid of
Evansville Cement Finishers, Inc. in the amount of $1,524,000.00 for
renovation and expansion of the sewage treatment plant, said bid being
in substantial compliance with the .bid specifications and advertisement
for bids, and as contained in the bid of Evansville Cement Finishers,
Inc., dated May 19, 1988.
SECTION 2. That the Mayor be authorized to execute a
contract with Evansville Cement Finishers, Inc. for renovation and
expansion of the sewage treatment plant, authorized in Section 1 above,
according to the specifications, bid proprosal and all contract docu-
ments heretofore approved and incorporated in the bid.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be read on two separate days
and will become'effective upon publication of title and a certified
summary thereof.
