AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 5, PARAGRAPH 2, APPENDIX B,
SUBDIVISIONS, OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH,
KENTUCKY
�i WHEREAS, the Paducah Planning Commission adopted a Resolution
on May 2, 1988, entitled, "A RESOLUTION CONSTITUTING THE FINAL REPORT
OF THE PADUCAH PLANNING COMMISSION ON THE PROPOSED AMENDMENT OF SECTION
5, PARAGRAPH 2, ALTERNATE A OF THE PADUCAH SUBDIVISION REGULATIONS".
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That Section 5, Required Improvements, of
Appendix B of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Paducah be amended
to read as follows:
"2. Streets and alleys.
"Alternate A: Eight (8) inches of dense graded aggregate
base, to be constructed in two (2), four (4) inch courses, or ewelve-{12}
six (6) inches of bank gravel base-ee�csrzee�-e-ewe-��}-s-�b}-eeb
eeerses; along with four (4) inches of dense graded aggregate for the
surface course; or another base material approved by the city engineer,
plus three (3) inches of bituminous asphalt material (ill 2 inches Class
I binder - -11� 1 inches Class I surface course conforming to Kentucky
Department of Highways specifications)."
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be read on two separate days
and will become effective upon publication of title and a certified
summary thereof.
