AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE AN AGREEMENT
WITH THE COLTHARP/KERR PARTNERSHIP FOR RENOVATIONS TO THE MARKET HOUSE

WHEREAS, professional architectural services are required for

the renovation of this structure.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the Mayor is authorized to execute an
Agreement with The Coltharp/Kerr Partnership for renovations to the
Market House building. Said Agreement is attached hereto and
incorporated by reference herein as if set out in full.
SECTION 2. This expenditure shall be charged to Account No.
10-500-620-439.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be read on two separate days
and will become effective upon publication in full.
