AN ORDI-NANCE AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE
CHANGE ORDER NA.<"1.INZTHE AMOUNT 0,F;$.664.00 WITH HANNIN..ROOFING & SHEET
METAL, INC. FOR REROOFING AT SEWAGE TREATMENT PLANT l�
WHEREAS, the City entered into a.contract with Hannin Roofing
& Sheet Metal, Inc. for reroofing two digesters at the Sewage Treatment
Plant; and
WHEREAS, Change Order:No. 1 is required in order to purchase
additional materials for .this project.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. The Mayor is hereby authorized and directed to
enter into Change Order No. 1 in the amount of $664.00 with Hannin
Roofing & Sheet Metal, Inc. for additional materials for reroofing two
digesters at the Sewage Treatment Plant. This Change Order is attached
hereto and made a part hereof as if set out in full.
SECTION 2. The amount of the contract with Hannin Roofing &
Sheet Metal, Inc. is amended to $18,288.00.
SECTION 3. The 1985 Sewer Construction Account or the
Extension and Depreciation Fund shall be charged with the aforesaid
expenditure, at the discretion of the City Manager.
SECTION 4. This ordinance shall be read on two separate days
and will become effective upon publication of title and a certified
summary thereof.
