AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING THE PROPOSAL .OF JAMES SANDERS NURSERY
TO SEED LANDFILL FOR $1,500 PER ACRE, AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO
EXECUTE A CONTRACT FOR SAME
WHEREAS, non-competitive negotiations are being implemented
for this service.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the City of Paducah accept the proposal of
James Sanders Nursery in the amount of $1,500.00 per acre to seed the
landfill, utilizing the hydro -seeding method.
SECTION 2. That the Mayor be authorized to execute a contract
with James Sanders Nursery as authorized in Section 1 above.
SECTION 3. This expenditure shall be charged to Account No.
10-500-420-710.
SECTION 4. This ordinance shall be read on two separate days
and will be effective upon publication in full.
