BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF.PADUCAH, KENTUCKY: SECTION 1. That the City of Paducah is authorized.to purchase one McIntosh II computer by Apple and'one laser printer from Apple Computer, Inc. in the amount of $7,835.00, for use in General Government. SECTION 2. The purchase price for said equipment shall be charged to Account No. 10-500-110-503. SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be read on two separate days and will be effective upon 'publication of title and a certified summary thereof. ORDIII GERRY B.
