AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASE OF TWO IBM MODEL 30
COMPUTERS AND TWO QUIETWRITER III PRINTERS FROM INTERNATIONAL BUSINESS
MACHINES IN THE AMOUNT OF $7,365.00, FOR USE IN GENERAL GOVERNMENT
WHEREAS, these computers are available under State Contract
No. 088-1240, and competitive bidding is not required.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the City of Paducah is authorized to \1
purchase two IBM Model 30 computers and two Quietwriter III printers
from International Business Machines in the amount of $7,365.00, for
use in General Government.
SECTION 2. The purchase price'for said equipment shall be
charged to Account No. 10-500-110-503.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be read on two separate days
and will be effective upon publication -of title and a certified summary
thereof.
