ORDINANCE NO. 88-5-4052
AN ORDINANCE REPEALING ORDINANCE NO. 87-7-3037, CLOSING A
PORTION OF ALBANY ROAD IN THE PINES SUBDIVISION
WHEREAS, on July 14, 1987, the Board of Commissioners adopted
Ordinance No. 87-7-3037, entitled, An Ordinance Approving the Closing
of a Portion of Albany Road Located in the Pines Subdivision Between
Lots 56 and 57 Along Whitney Drive; and
WHEREAS, the Board of Commissioners finds that the adjoining
property owners in an adjoining subdivision are not in agreement with
the closing of Albany Road; and
WHEREAS, the Board of Commissioners finds it to be in the
best interest of the City of Paducah for Albany Road not to be closed.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE- CITY ,OF PADUCAH, -KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That:Ord'inance No._.87-7-3037 closing a portion of
Albany Street is hereby repealed in its entirety.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be read on two separate days
and will become effective upon publication of title and a certified
summary thereof.
