AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE PAYMENT OF $7,200.00 TO KENTUCKY
MACHINERY, INC. FOR REPAIRS TO GRADE -ALL FOR THE STREET DEPARTMENT
WHEREAS, Kentucky'Machinery, Inc: is the sole supplier in
this area for parts for this equipment.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the City Treasurer be authorized to pay to
Kentucky Machinery, Inc. the sum of $7,200.00 for repairs to a
` Grade -All for the Street Department..
SECTION 2. That Account No. 10-500-330-322 shall be charged
with the aforesaid expenditure.
SECTION 3. This ordinance will be read on two separate days
and will become effective upon publication in full.
