ORDINANCE NO. 88-1 le
AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING THE.RESIGNATION OF THE CITY
MANAGER
, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the City of Paducah accept the
resignation of the city manager, effective immediately.
SECTION 2. That a Memo of Understanding agreed to
between the City of Paducah and the City Manager dated
August 27, 1988, is attached hereto and incorporated herein
as if set out in full.
SECTION 3. In order to accept the resignation of
the city manager without undue delay, an emergency is hereby
declared to exist and this ordinance shall become effective
with one reading.
