AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING THE BID OF PADUCAH BLUEPRINT AND
SUPPLY CO., INC IN THE AMOUNT OF $3,595.00, FOR SALE TO THE CITY OF ONE
OZALID BLUELINE MACHINE FOR USE BY THE ENGINEERING DEPARTMENT, AND
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO:EXECUTE A CONTRACT FOR SAME
BE.IT.ORDAINED BY.THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That.the City of Paducah accept the bid of
Paducah Blueprint and Supply Co., Inc.. in the amount of $3,595.00 for
the purchase of one Ozaiid Blueline.Machine to be.used by the
Engineering Department, said bid being in substantial compliance with
the bid specifications.and advertisement for bids as was authorized by
a Municipal Order passed by the Board of Commissioners on July 12,
1988, and as containedin the bid of Paducah Blueprint and Supply Co.,
Inc., dated July 20, 1988.
SECTION 2. That the .Mayor be authorized -to execute a
contract with Paducah Blueprint and Supply Co., Inc. for sale to the
City of one Ozalid Blueline Machine for the Engineering Department,
authorized in Section 1 above, according to the specifications, bid
proprosai and all contract documents heretofore approved and:
incorporated in the bid.
SECTION 3. The account number for this expenditure shall be
determined by the City Manager or the Department Director.
SECTION 4. This ordinance shall .be read on two separate days
and will become effective upon publication of title and a certified
summary thereof.
