ORDINANCE NO. 88 -7 -4444 --
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE
CHANGE ORDER NO. 3.IN THE AMOUNT OF $394.03 WITH MIDSTATES CONSTRUCTION
COMPANY FOR RENOVATIONS TO CITY HALL
' WHEREAS, the City entered into:.a contract with.Midstates
Construction Company for renovations to City Hall; and
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 1 in the amount of $8,212.56 was
approved on May 4, 1988; and
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 2 in the amount of $21,415.00 was
approved on May 24, 1988; and
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 3 is required in order to approve
installation of a time clock for City Hall atrium lights.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. The Mayor is hereby authorized and directed to
enter into Change Order No. 3 in the amount of $394.03 with Midstates
Construction,Company for installation of a time clock for City Hall
atrium lights. This Change Order is attached hereto and made a part
hereof as if set out in full.
SECTION 2. The amount of the contract with Midstates
Construction Company is amended to $78,359.59.
SECTION 3. The KML Pooled Lease Fund shall be charged with
the aforesaid expenditure.
SECTION 4. This ordinance shall be read on two separate days
and will become effective upon publication of title and a certified
summary thereof.
