AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE'
CHANGE ORDER NO. 1 IN THE AMOUNT OF $340.39 WITH A.J.J. CORPORATION FOR
�a ADDITIONAL MATERIALS FOR RIUERFRONT ENTERTAINMENT STAGE
WHEREAS, the City entered into a contract with A.J.J.
Corporation for construction of riverfront entertainment stage; and
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 1 is required in orderto approve
additional materials for this construction.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. The Mayor is hereby authorized and directed to
enter into Change Order No. 1`in the amount of $340.39 with A.J.J.
Corporation for additional materials for construction of the riverfront
entertainment stage. This Change Order'is'attached hereto and made a
part hereof as if set out in full.
SECTION 2. The amount of the contract with A.J.J.
Corporation is amended to $21,790.39.
SECTION 3. The account number for this expenditure shall be
determined by the City Manager or Department Director.
SECTION 4. This ordinance shall:be read on two separate days
and will become effective upon publication of title and a certified
summary thereof.
