AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING THE BID OF ISCO IN THE AMOUNT OF
$7.,978.00 FOR SALE TO THE CITY OF TWO PORTABLE SEQUENTIAL SAMPLERS WITH
RELATED EQUIPMENT.AND ONE FLOW, METER WITH RECORDER FOR.USE BY THE
WASTEWATER TREATMENT PLANT, AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE A
CONTRACT.FOR SAME
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY -OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:.
SECTION 1. That the City.of Paducah accept the bid of
ISCO in the amount of $7,978.00 for the .purchase of two portable
sequential samplers with related equipment and one flow meter with
recorder for -use by the Wastewater Treatment Plant, said -bid being in
substantial compliance with the bid specifications and advertisement
for bids as was authorized.by a Municipal Order passed by the Board of
Commissioners on April 26, 1988, and as contained in the bid of
ISCO, dated June 6, 1988.
SECTION 2. That the Mayor be authorized to execute a
( contract with ISCO for sale to the City of two portable sequential
\.._ samplers and flow meter for the Wastewater_Treatment Plant,"authorized
in Section 1 above, according to the specifications, bid proprosal and
all contract documents heretofore approved and incorporated in the bid.
SECTION 3. The account number for this purchase shall be
determined by the City Manager or the Department Director..
SECTION 4. This ordinance shall be read on two separate days
and will become effective upon publication of title and a certified
summary thereof.
