ORDINANCE NO. 88-7-4997
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASE OF COMPUTER AND PRINTER
FOR THE POLICE DEPARTMENT IN'THE AMOUNT OF $4,015.69 FROM COMPUADD
\4 CORPORATION
WHEREAS,this purchase is being made as a non-competitive
negotiation under Section 26-61 of the Code of Ordinances of the City
of Paducah; and
WHEREAS, CompuAdd is the sole supplier for this equipment.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:.
SECTION 1. That the City Treasurer be _authorized to pay to
CompuAdd the sum of $4,015.69 for computer and printer for the
Drug Division of the Police Department.
SECTION 2. This expenditure shall be charged to Account No.
310-500-210-523 and shall be reimbursed from the Western Area Narcotics
Team Grant.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be read on two separate
days and will become effective upon publication of title and a
certified summary thereof.
