ORDINANCE NO. 88-9-4126
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE MAYOR
TO EXECUTE CHANGE ORDER NO. 1 IN THE AMOUNT OF $28,760.75
WITH ASPHALT PAVING, INC. FOR FLOODGATE REPLACEMENT PROJECT
WHEREAS, the City entered into a contract with
Asphalt Paving, Inc. for floodgate replacement project; and
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 1 is required in order
to repair cracks in floodwalls.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. The Mayor is hereby authorized and
directed to enter into Change Order No. 1 in the amount of
$28,760.75 for repair of cracks in floodwall. This Change
Order is attached hereto and incorporated herein as if set
out in full.
SECTION 2. The amount of the contract with
Asphalt Paving, Inc. is amended to $203,760.75.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be read on two
separate days and will become effective upon publication of
title and a certified summary thereof.
