ORDINANCE NO. 88-9-4121
AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING THE PROPOSAL OF ALLEN,
RUNDLE AND GOLIGHTLY, CERTIFIED PUBLIC ACCOUNTANTS, FOR
AUDITING SERVICES FOR THE CITY OF PADUCAH'S SECTION 8
EXISTING HOUSING PROGRAM FROM JANUARY 1, 1987, TO JUNE 30,
1988, FOR A SUM NOT TO EXCEED $3,580.00
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the City of Paducah accept the
proposal of Allen, Rundle & Golightly, Certified Public
Accountants, to perform the audit of the Section 8 Existing
Housing Program ad administered by the City of Paducah, for
a sum not to exceed $3,580.00, covering the period from
January 1, 1987, to June 30, 1988; said proposal being in
accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in the
August 3, 1988, letter of Allen, Rundle & Golightly to -the
City of Paducah..
SECTION 2. Payment for audit expenses in Section
1 above shall be made from the accounts set forth in the
general fund of the City of Paducah's Annual Budget for
fiscal year July 1, 1988, through June 30, 1989.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be read on two
separate days and will become effective upon publication in
full .
