ORDINANCE NO. 88-9-4117
AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING THE PROPOSAL OF CLEMANS,
NELSON AND ASSOCIATES, INC. TO DEVELOP A CLASSIFICATION -
COMPENSATION SYSTEM, AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE A
CONTRACT FOR SAME
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY .OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the City of Paducah accept the
proposal of Clemans, Nelson and Associates, Inc. for the
development of a classification -compensation system in the
amount of $17,355.00, as contained in the proposal of
Clemans, Nelson and Associates, Inc. dated May 27, 1988.
SECTION 2. That the Mayor is hereby authorized
to execute a contract with Clemans, Nelson and Associates,
Inc. for the study authorized in Section 1 above.
SECTION 3. This expenditure shall be charged to
Account No. 10-500-150-138.
SECTION 4. This ordinance shall be read on two
separate days and will become effective upon publication of
a title and a certified summary thereof.
