AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE CITY TREASURER TO
PAY MITCHELL MACHINE SHOP THE SUM OF $3,865.77 FOR MISCEL-
LANEOUS DUMPSTER REPAIRS FOR THE REFUSE DEPARTMENT
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the City Treasurer be authorized
to pay to Mitchell Machine Shop the sum of $3,865.77 for
miscellaneous dumpster repairs for the Refuse Department.
SECTION 2. This expenditure shall be charged to
Account No. 10-500-420-312.
SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall be read on two
separate days and will become effective upon publication in
full.
