ORDINANCE NO. 88-11-4167
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO ENTER INTO
AN ENCROACHMENT AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF PADUCAH,
KENTUCKY, AND A.M. TUHOLSKY FOR A WOODEN FENCE CONSTRUCTED
ON CITY RIGHT-OF-WAY AT 4000 BUCKNER LANE
WHEREAS, A.M. Tuholsky is the owner of certain
real property located at 4000 Buckner Lane; and
WHEREAS, A.M. Tuholsky has requested from the
City of Paducah permission to use a portion of City
right-of-way for a wooden fence constructed approximately
nine years ago.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY
SECTION 1.
That the Mayor be authorized to enter
into an Encroachment Agreement with A.M. Tuholsky for a
wooden fence that was constructed approximately six feet
onto City right-of-way along South Country Club Lane.
SECTION 2.
Said Agreement is attached hereto and
incorporated by reference as if fully set out herein.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be read on two
separate days and will become effective upon publication of
title and a certified summary thereof.
