ORDINANCE NO. 88-11-4164
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE CITY TREASURER TO PAY
THE SUM OF $2,925.00 TO RASCHE CYCLE COMPANY FOR SALE TO THE
CITY OF THREE SNAPPER RIDING MOWERS FOR USE BY THE PARKS
DEPARTMENT
WHEREAS, this purchase is being made as a
non-competitive negotiation because specific equipment has
demonstrated durability and vendor has complete inventory of
parts.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1.
That the City Treasurer be authorized
to pay the sum of $2,925.00 to Rasche Cycle Company for
the purchase of.three Snapper 8 h.p. riding mowers for use
by the Parks Department.
SECTION 2. That Account No. 10-500-430-514 shall
be charged with the aforesaid expenditure.
,._,.1i SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be read on two
separate days and will become effective upon publication of
title and a certified summary thereof.
