ORDINANCE NO. 88-11-4153
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE CITY TREASURER TO
PAY PADUCAH POWER SYSTEM THE SUM OF $2,718.28 FOR LIGHT
FIXTURES FOR STUART NELSON PARK
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the City Treasurer be authorized
to pay to Paducah Power System the sum of $2,718.28 for
halide light fixtures for Stuart Nelson Park.
SECTION 2. The account number for this expendi-
ture shall be determined by the City Manager or the De-
partment Director.
SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall be read on two
separate days and will become effective upon publication in
full.
