ORDINANCE NO. 88-10-4145
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE CITY TREASURER TO
REIMBURSE HOME'INDEMNITY COMPANY THE AMOUNT OF ($4,500.00 FOR
DEDUCTIBLE CLAIM OF SANDRA HILTON, TRUSTEE FOR JASON
WELLINGTON
WHEREAS, Home Indemnity Company has settled a
claim for personal injury by Jason Wellington, a minor; and
WHEREAS, the City of Paducah has a $5,000.00
deductible insurance policy with Home Indemnity Company; and
WHEREAS, Home Indemnity Company has requested
reimbursement of this claim.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the City Treasurer be authorized
to reimburse Home Indemnity Company the amount of $4,500.00
for a claim paid to Sandra Hilton, trustee for Jason
Wellington, a minor.
SECTION 2.
The aforesaid expenditure shall be
charged to Account No. 10-500-150-445.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be read on two
separate days and will become effective upon publication of
title and a certified summary thereof.
