ORDINANCE NO. 88-9-4116
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO ENTER INTO
AN ENCROACHMENT AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF PADUCAH,
KENTUCKY, AND DAVID HARRIS AND HIS WIFE, BEVERLY HARRIS
WHEREAS, David and Beverly Harris are the owners
\t of certain real property located at on the north side of
Broadway and the east side of Second Street; and
WHEREAS, this location does not provide
sufficient space for the construction of an exterior
stairwell and service box for electrical connections; and
WHEREAS, David and Beverly Harris have requested
from the City of Paducah permission to use a portion of
land which is.designated as a public alley for the
construction of an exterior stairwell as an exit to the
building and a service box for electrical connections.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY
SECTION 1. That the Mayor be authorized to enter
into an Encroachment Agreement with David Harris and his
wife, Beverly Harris, for the construction of an exterior
stairwell as an exit to the building and a service box for
electrical connections.
SECTION 2. Said Agreement is attached hereto and
incorporated by reference as if fully set out herein.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be read on two
separate days and will become effective upon publication of
title and a certified summary thereof.
