At a Called Meeting of the Board of Commissioners held in the

their names: Commissioners Coleman, Grumley, Leeper, Taylor and Mayor

Commissioner Coleman offered motion, seconded by Commissioner
Grumley, that the executed copies of the Notice of Called Meeting to be held at
7:00 p.m., Tuesday, December 18, 1990, be received and filed. Adopted on call
of the roll, yeas, Commissioners Coleman, Grumley, Leeper, Taylor and Mayor
Montgomery (5).
Commissioner Taylor offered motion, seconded by Commissioner Leeper,
that the Board of Commissioners introduce and adopt an ordinance entitled, "AN
ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 90-5-4415". This ordinance is summarized as
follows: Amending the amount paid for the purchase of audio intelligence
devices for the Police Department from $21,930.00 to $22,985.76. Adopted on
call of the roll, yeas, Commissioners Coleman, Grumley, Leeper, Taylor and
Mayor Montgomery (5).
Commissioner Coleman offered motion, seconded by Commissioner
Grumley, that the Board of Commissioners go into Executive Session for
discussions which might lead to the appointment, discipline or dismissal of an
individual employee. Adopted on call of the roll, yeas, Commissioners Coleman,
Grumley, Leeper, Taylor and Mayor Montgomery (5).
At the conclusion of the Executive Session the Board held
a Workshop.
Upon motion the meeting adjourned.
