At a Called Meeting of the Boa -±d of Commissioners held at 4:30 p.m., Tuesday,
November 6, 1990, Mayor Montgomery presided and upon call of the roll, the following answered
to their names: Commissioners Coleman, Grumley, Leeper, Taylor and Mayor Montgomery (5).
Commissioner Leeper offered motion, seconded by Commissioner Coleman, that the
executed copies of the Notice of Called Meeting to be held at 4:30 p.m., Tuesday,
November 6, 1990, be received and filed. Adopted on call of the roll, yeas, Commissioners
Coleman, Grumley, Leeper, Taylor and Mayor Montgomery (5).
Commissioner Taylor offered motion, seconded by Commissioner Grumley, that the
Board of Commissioners go into Executive Session for the purpose of formulating an
inducement and negotiations regarding the acquisition of an industrial prospect and
acquisition of certain real property in regard thereto. Adopted on call of the roll,
yeas, Commissioners Coleman, Grumley, Leeper, Taylor and Mayor Montgomery (5).
At the conclusion of the Executive Session the Board reconvened in Open
Session, whereupon the Mayor announced there was no further business.
Upon motion the meeting adjourned.
