ORDINANCE NO. 941- S1 3
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE MAYOR TO
EXECUTE CHANGE ORDER NO. 1 WITH H & G CONSTRUCTION COMPANY INC.
FOR COLEMAN ROAD IMPROVEMENT PROJECT
WHEREAS, the City entered into a contract with H & G
Construction Company Inc. for Coleman Road Improvement Project,
authorized by Ordinance No. 93-8-4978, adopted on August 3,
1993,; and
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 1 is required to extend
this contract an additional sixty (60) days.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. The Mayor is hereby authorized and
directed to execute Change Order No. 1 with H & G Construction
Company Inc. to extend the contract for sixty (60) days to
allow completion of the Coleman Road Improvement Project. This
Change Order is attached hereto and incorporated by reference
as if fully set out herein.
SECTION 2. The amount of the contract with H & G
Construction Company Inc. is unchanged.
SECTION 3. This ordinance will be read on two
separate days and will become effective upon summary publica-
tion pursuant to KRS Chapter 424.
