AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 2-19.3,
ADMINISTRATIVE ADVISOR, OF THE CODE OF
ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH
Be it ordained by the City of Paducah, Kentucky:
SECTION I: Section 2-19.3, Administrative Advisor, is hereby amended
to read as follows:
Sec. 2-19.3. Administrative advisor.
(a) Position Created. There is hereby created for the
City of Paducah, Kentucky, the position of
administrative advisor, which position shall be filled
by a municipal order of the Board of
Commissioners of the City.
(b) Salary. The administrative advisor to the city shall
be paid the sum of $3,720.00 par month a sum
not to exceed $1,000.00 per week.
SECTION II: This ordinance shall be read on two separate days and
become effective upon publication of title or certified summary thereof.
