ORDINANCE NO. 94-6- S�S�
AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING THE PROPOSAL OF KENTUCKY
LEAGUE OF CITIES IN THE AMOUNT OF $387,993.00 FOR PROPERTY/-
CASUALTY INSURANCE SERVICES FOR THE CITY OF PADUCAH, AND
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE A CONTRACT FOR SAME
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. The City accepts the proposal of Kentucky
League of Cities in the amount of $387,993.00 for property/-
casualty insurance services for the City of Paducah.
SECTION 2. The Mayor is authorized to execute a
contract with Kentucky League of Cities for services authorized
in Section 1 above.
SECTION 3. This expenditure shall be charged to
Account No.
SECTION 4. This ordinance shall be read on two
separate days and will become effective upon summary publi-
cation pursuant to KRS Chapter 424.
