AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 10-59, CIVIL
SERVICE, DEPARTMENT OF
PARRS AND LEISURE SERVICES OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES
OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH,
KENTUCKY
BE IT
ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That Section 10-59 of the Code
of Ordinances of the City
of Paducah, Kentucky, is hereby amended to read as follows:
Sec.
10-59. Parks and Leisure Services.
(a)
There is hereby authorized and created the following positions
in the Parks and Recreation Department, and the salaries of each position that
shall be paid upon satisfactory completion of consecutive years of service, in
this positions
and upon recommendation of the City Manager:

(b) The Director of Parks & Leisure Services may
designate an employee of the Cemetery Division to serve as Lead
Person at the direction of the Grounds Maintenance Superintendent.
the Lead Person shall be paid an additional $.50 per hour during
such times that the person serves in such capacity.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be effective July 11, 1994.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be read on two separate days and
will become effective upon summary publication pursuant to RRS Chapter 424.
