AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE MAYOR TO
EXECUTE AN APPLICATION TO THE KENTUCKY ARTS COUNCIL IN THE
AMOUNT OF $7,626.93 FOR AN ARTS COORDINATOR SALARY ASSISTANCE
GRANT AND ANY OTHER DOCUMENTS INCIDENT THERETO NECESSARY TO
OBTAIN SAME
p WHEREAS, the City of Paducah desires to continue to
participate in the Kentucky Arts Council Salary Assistance
Grant Program whereby it may continue to coordinate an promote
recreational and cultural arts expression in Paducah and
McCracken County.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. The Mayor is hereby authorized to execute
an application to the Kentucky Arts Council in the amount of
$7,626.93 for an Arts Coordinator Salary Assistance Grant, and
any documents incident thereto necessary to obtain same.
SECTION 2. This expenditure shall be charged to
Account No.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be read on two
separate days and will become effective upon summary
publication pursuant to KRS
