AN ORDINANCE RATIFYING AND APPROVING THE EXECUTION OF
A CONTRACT BETWEEN THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY AND WEST
KENTUCKY EASTER SEAL SOCIETY FOR THE RECYCLING OF CARDBOARD
WASTE
WHEREAS, the City and the West Kentucky Easter Seal
Society entered into a contract dated December 21, 1993, for
the recycling of cardboard waste; and
WHEREAS, as required by law the aforesaid contract
must be ratified and approved by ordinance.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH,
KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. The Board of Commissioners of the City of
Paducah, Kentucky, hereby ratifies and approves the execution
of a contract dated December 21, 1993, between the City and
West Kentucky Easter Seal Society for the recycling of
cardboard waste.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be read on two
separate days and will become effective upon summary
publication pursuant to KRS Chapter 424.
