ORDINANCE NO. 9-3c.
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE MAYOR TO
EXECUTE A MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT WITH E911 SERVICE, ACTING BY
AND THROUGH THE PADUCAH-McCRACKEN COUNTY EMERGENCY COMMUNI-
CATION SERVICE BOARD
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. The Mayor is hereby authorized and
directed to execute a Maintenance Agreement with E911 Service,
acting by and through the Paducah -McCracken County Emergency
Communication Service Board, for general facility maintenance
services as requested by E911 at the Paducah -McCracken County
Emergency Communications Center. This Agreement is attached
hereto and incorporated by reference as if fully set out
herein.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be read on two
separate days and will become effective upon summary publi-
cation pursuant to KRS Chapter 424.
