AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE A DEED
OF CORRECTION FOR PROPERTY PURCHASED BY THE NINTH STREET
TABERNACLE BAPTIST CHURCH
WHEREAS, the City of Paducah conveyed to Ninth Street
Tabernacle Baptist Church a certain tract of land by deed dated
December 30, 1993, and of record in Deed Book 805, page 27,
McCracken County Clerk's Office; and
WHEREAS, the description in said deed was in error;
and
WHEREAS, the City desires to correct said error.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. The Mayor is hereby authorized to execute
a Deed of Correction for property located on North 8th Street
and property located on Harris Street which was conveyed to the
Ninth Street Tabernacle Baptist Church by Deed dated December
30, 1993, of record in Deed Book 805, page 27, McCracken County
Clerk's Office.
SECTION 2. The Corporation Counsel is hereby
authorized to prepare a Deed of Correction for the above
real property.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be read on two
separate days and will become effective upon summary
publication pursuant to KRS Chapter 424.
