AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE AN
AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF CALVERT CITY, KENTUCKY, AND THE
CITY OF PADUCAH FOR BUILDING INSPECTION SERVICES FOR THE CITY
OF CALVERT CITY
WHEREAS, the City of Calvert City desires to contract
with the City of Paducah to obtain qualified and licensed
Building Inspectors for the purpose of enforcing the BOCA Code;
and
WHEREAS, it is the desire and intent of the City of
Paducah to provide said inspection service to the City of
Calvert City.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. The Mayor is hereby authorized to execute
an Agreement with Calvert City, Kentucky, to provide building
inspection service to the City of Calvert City. This Agreement
is attached hereto and incorporated by reference as if set out
in its entirety.
SECTION 2. The account to which proceeds from this
contract shall be applied is Account No.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be read on two
separate days and will become effective upon summary
publication pursuant to KRS Cha
