ORDINANCE NO. 93-11- 50_7�
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 10-55, CIVIL SERVICE,
OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That Section 10-55 of the Code of Ordi-
nances of the City of Paducah, Kentucky, is hereby amended to
read as follows:
Sec. 10-55. Department Environmental and Engineering
Services.
(a) There is hereby authorized and created the
following positions in the Department of Environmental
and Engineering Services, and the salary of each position that
shall be paid upon satisfactory completion of consecutive years
of service, in this position, and upon recommendation of the
City Manager:

SECTION 2. These salaries will be retroactive to August
9, 1993.
SECTION 3. In order to implement this ordinance on the
same date as previously adopted payroll ordinances, an emergency
is hereby declared to exist and this ordiance will become
effective with one reading.
