AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING THE BIDS OF NINTH STREET
TABERNACLE BAPTIST CHURCH FOR THE PURCHASE OF REAL PROPERTY IN
THE AMOUNTS OF $25.00 FOR PROPERTY LOCATED ON NORTH 8TH STREET
AND IN THE AMOUNT OF $100.00 FOR PROPERTY LOCATED ON HARRIS
STREET, AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE QUITCLAIM DEEDS

WHEREAS, the City does not have any use at this time
or in the future for said property, which constitutes surplus
real estate.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. The sale to Ninth Street Tabernacle
Baptist Church of real property located at 805 North 8th Street
and two Lots No. 216 and 217 on Harris Street is hereby
approved for the total sum of $125.00.
SECTION 2. The Corporation Counsel is hereby
authorized to prepare deeds for the above-described real
property, and the Mayor is hereby authorized to execute deeds
and any other documents necessary for the sale of said
property.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be read on two
separate days and will become effective upon summary
publication pursuant to KRS Chapter 424.
