AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE MAYOR TO
EXECUTE AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OFADUCAH AIAND THE
CE
PADUCAH AREA TRANSIT SYSTEM (PATS) FOR FL
EET SERVICES ON PATS VEHICLES
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. The Mayor is hereby authorized and
directed to execute an Agreement with the Paducah Area Transit
System (PATS) for fleet maintenance services on PATS vehicles.
This Agreement is attached hereto and incorporated by reference
as if fully set out herein.
SECTION 2. This ordinance,shall be read on two
separate days and will become effective upon summary
publication pursuant to KRS Chapter 424.
