ORDINANCE NO. 94-3- S-0 89
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE MAYOR
TO EXECUTE CHANGE ORDER NO. 1 IN THE AMOUNT OF $4,264.00
WITH EMERGENCY ONE, INC. FOR FIRE APPARATUS
WHEREAS, by Ordinance No. 93-5-4940, adopted
May 25, 1993, the City entered into a contract in the amount
of $1,670,000.00 with Emergency One, Inc. for the purchase
of fire apparatus; and
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 1 in the amount of
$4,264.00 is required for equipment to increase safety and
add versatility to firefighting.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. The Mayor is hereby authorized and
directed to enter into Change Order No. 1 in the amount of
$4,264.00 with Emergency One, Inc. to purchase equipment
which will increase safety and add versatility to
firefighting. This Change Order is attached hereto and
incorporated by reference as if set out in full herein.
SECTION 2. The amount of the contract with
Emergency One, Inc. is amended to $1,674,264.00.
SECTION 3. This expenditure shall be charged to
Account No.
SECTION 3. This ordinance will be read on two
separate days and will become effective upon summary
publication pursuant to KRS Chapter 424.
