ORDINANCE NO. 94 -3 -SU E-7
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASE OF ELECTRI-
CAL EQUIPMENT FOR FLOODWALL PUMP STATION NO. 1 FROM HANNAN
SUPPLY COMPANY IN THE AMOUNT OF $12,315.00
WHEREAS, electrical equipment at Floodwall Pump
�I Station No. 1 failed as a result of an electrical shortage;
and
WHEREAS, immediate replacement of this equipment
is necessary in order to resume normal operation of this
pump station.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the City Treasurer is authorized
to pay the sum of $12,315.00 to Hannan Supply Company for
the purchase of electrical equipment for Floodwall Pump
Station No. 1.
SECTION 2. This purchase shall be charged to
Account No.
SECTION 3. In order to replace this equipment and
resume normal operation of Floodwall Pump Station No. 1
during the current high water season, an emergency is hereby
declared to exist and this ordinance shall become effective
immediately with one reading.
