ORDINANCE NO. 94-4- S'-10'7
AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING THE PROPOSAL OF BRAND-
STETTER/CARROLL, INC. FOR ARCHITECTURAL SERVICES FOR RENOVATION
OF THE OAK GROVE MAUSOLEUM, AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO
EXECUTE A CONTRACT FOR SAME
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
�1 SECTION 1. The City of Paducah accepts the proposal
�u of Brandstetter/Carroll, Inc. for architectural services for
renovation of the Oak Grove Mausoleum. This proposal is
attached hereto and incorporated by reference as if fully set
out herein.
SECTION 2. The Mayor is hereby authorized to execute
a contract and addendum with Brandstetter/Carroll, Inc. for
architectural services for renovation of the Oak Grove
Mausoleum, as contained in Section 1 above. Basic fees for
services for this project will be $17,500.00 based on a
construction budget of $250,000.00 Additional costs for
services will be determined pursuant to the contract addendum
and AIA Document B141.
SECTION 3. This expenditure shall be charged to
Account No. 01-24-04-286.
SECTION 4. This ordinance shall be read on two
separate days and will become effective upon summary
publication pursuant to KRS Chapter 424.
