AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING THE PROPOSAL OF PECK FLANNERY
GREAM WARREN INC. IN AN AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED $12,500.00 FOR
ARCHITECTURAL SERVICES FOR PHASE I OF AN IN-DEPTH STUDY OF CITY
HALL STRUCTURE, AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE A CONTRACT
FOR SAME
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. The City of Paducah accepts the proposal
of Peck Flannery Gream Warren Inc. in an amount not to exceed
$12,500.00 for architectural services for Phase I of an
in-depth study of City Hall structure. This proposal is
attached hereto and incorporated by reference as if fully set
out herein.
SECTION 2. The Mayor is hereby authorized to execute
a contract with Peck Flannery Gream Warren Inc. for
architectural services for City Hall as contained in Section 1
above.
SECTION 3. This expenditure shall be charged to
Account No. 40-22-06-258.
SECTION 4. This ordinance shall be read on two
separate days and will become effective upon summary
publication pursuant to KF
