AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SEC. 22-1 OF ARTICLE I, CHAPTER
22, PARKS AND RECREATION, OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY
OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That Sec. 22-1 is hereby amended and
1 reordained to read as follows:
"Entering; Ot remaining in parks during certain hours
prohibited Ibi�vb�i/¢i'a4X�i/M�Sx[
"No person shall enter, remain in, or be upon any
public park in the city between the hours of 12:00 midnight and
6:00 a.m., or as posted. Any person violating this section
shall be
guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be
fined not more than $500, or be imprisoned for not more than 30
days, or both for each offense or violation."
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be read on two
separate days and will become effective upon summary
publication pursuant to KRS Chapter 424.
